For reservations received less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date, confirmation will only be made upon receipt of the final name list and full payment.

No-shows or any cancellation made after confirmation (guaranteed booking) and receipt of full-payment will be subject to penalty charge equivalent to the full amount.

1. Price Change. The Hotel reserves the right to adjust the rates herein committed without notice in the event of revision in government tax, and the like or in case of absolute necessity due to an unforeseen circumstance which requires such in order to protect its best interest.
2. Payment. As a matter of policy, the Hotel strictly require pre-payment of the FULL AMOUNT of the booking before the guest may be allowed to check-in. In case payment will be in foreign currency, the prevailing conversion rate of the Hotel will be applied. Payments may be made at any Bank of the Philippine Island branch. Account name is Damires Hills Tierra Verde Inc with Account # 1-333-298-011
3. Cancellation of Contract. Damires Hills Tierra Verde reserves the right to cancel this contract in cases of, but not limited the following:

• Client commits a breach in any of the terms & conditions; purports to assign the burden or benefit of this Agreement without the written consent of the Hotel.

4. Force Majeure. The Hotel shall not be responsible to the company or its guests for its failure to abide of this agreement where such failure is due to fortuitous event, labor dispute or circumstances beyond its control.
5. Termination. The Hotel shall have the right to terminate/rescind this agreement for any branch of contract or violation of any terms thereof. All rates are strictly confidential; divulging of rates to other companies shall mean automatic termination of this agreement.
